Amazing prices. & sales! Stopped shopping at wegmans bc of Lori's! Woohoo!! Lots of options. Local farm options too! Just wish for a health food store theyd pay closer attention to oils & how the vegan options are actually made. Only place i know that has ithaca cow!! I drive 40 minutes just for that!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lori’s Natural Foods in Henrietta for years and have spent thousands of dollars there over time. Unfortunately, my experience today, June 19, 2026, has made me decide I will no longer patronize this business. I was looking for a supplement and politely approached an employee by saying, “Excuse me, ma’am.” She turned around and responded with, “WHAT?” Her tone was so unexpected that my eyes got big, and I asked, “Did you just say ‘what’?” She immediately began apologizing. In the photo it’s the young lady with the bandana. I respectfully declined her assistance and remained kind throughout the interaction. She approached me several more times afterward, and I’m sure she realized how inappropriate her initial response was. However, as someone working on the front line of customer service, that interaction should have never happened in the first place. Thankfully, Jerald assisted me at checkout. He has always been pleasant and professional, and I appreciate his consistency. In today’s environment, where consumers have countless options and competition is everywhere, customer service matters. Way better than I expected. I didn’t see Lori but this place is huge and has about everything you’d need. I’m big on customer service and apparently they are too. I didn’t see have to ask for help, help came to me. I also love their selection of greeting cards - very unique. I came for two supplements and they had exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back. They also have a composting station.

Due to medical issues and the addition of many daily medications, my cardiologist suggested a vitamin regimen. I didn’t want to get typical big box store vitamins with all the additives and I know many people who go to Lori’s. I can see why. I’ve been there 4 times in the last month and every time has been a great experience. The staff is so incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who helped us this evening so he gets kudos for his service. He helped me get a calcium supplement and gave me a lot of information regarding Vitamin D3 + K2 that I just got there last week. He was helpful but not pushy. Thank you! I will be a lifelong customer!

It would be easier for me list out what Loris Natural Foods DON’T stock! They have an amazing range of GMO Free, Health Supplements, Herbs, Organic, Gluten Free, Vegan, Local Goods and much much more. The local Honey selection was fantastic. My weakness has always been mushrooms and Loris definitely didn’t disappoint. I finally managed to get my hands on some fresh Pink Oyster Mushroom for my stir fry. All the aisles are clearly marked, items have prices displayed and the variety is outstanding. Everything is reasonably priced for top notch goods. Gregg is a gem. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated, all at the same time. Looking forward to another chat when I next pop in again. There is plenty of parking.
